Belgian Pale Ale

Initially brewed to compete with Pilseners during the WWII time frame. They differ from other regional Pale Ale varieties, by traditionally being less bitter, using aged hops for a delicate hop finish, and boasting sweetish to toasty malt overtones.

Founded in 1906 in Belgium by Leon Huyghe. The site of the brewery has been in operation since 1654. The brewery's most well known beer is Delirium Tremens, a blonde, Belgian-style trippel.
